In early 2021, Eduardo Cardoso, co-founder at UPSIZE, worked closely with key members of Kappa Sigma Mu (KSM) — a pioneering, community-driven society within the Kusama Network, dedicated to supporting grassroots initiatives, open-source collaboration, and experimental governance.
“Our goal was to give form and language to something radically decentralized — creating a sense of identity without compromising Kusama’s rebellious, chaotic soul,” says Eduardo Cardoso, from UPSIZE.
